Memory Mgr. problem

I have a error coming up when downloading email in clie mail.

Memory Mgr.c,line:3649,NIL Ptr

Anyone have any ideas. I have done the reset and a hard reset to try and fix this problem with no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I had this error using uh, onemail. same error. I typed the exact error into google and found others who have had the same error with different programs and different pda's (all palm, obviously). I was not able to discover the solution to the problem; i simply stopped using onemail and my problem "went away."
