Anyone know where to get downloadable Kinoma videos?
Is there any way to watch other videos (avi, quicktime)?

uhhh. don t know where to get them. But as for watching avi, mov, and mpeg, you can take the most common formats and with kinoma producer, you can convert them to kinoma format. Or if you have a clie, you can use the built in movieplayer, and image converter that comes on the CD.
The movie player does not come on all clies. But kinoma producer works well and allows you to convert MQV files and .mov amongst others
The problem with watching downloaded files is the sound api varies on different clies so when converting you have to specify which machine you have.
I found this out when I spent 5 hours downloading a kinoma files created for an SJ33 and found it had no sound on my TJ35 :(

Since i think this is the latest craze of this humble contestant, William Hung (www.williamhung.net) from the American Idol, i figured, why not just encode the video into a KINOMA format and let those who have the player to bring it around. I've encoded it into a 11MB kinoma 320x480 format for now (because i am using a widescreen Sony CLie). If there's a demand then i will encode it in 320x320 format. I don't know how long i can host this file so hope you all download it fast.
Click HERE (http://kinoma.resourcez.com/) to go the site where the file is hosted.

I also have Kinoma Producer 2.0.4 but when attempting to import/export some of my video files to MS I am unable to do so because Kinoma Producer is unable to find or recognize the specific video I want to convert. I see on my list of videos on my hard drive that it is there but Kinoma is just not able to access it. Is there a way to change or label the video I want to Kinoma is able to convert it? If this is not possible, what other application could I use that may work to convert video files to MS?
