Where is the hotsync button on NZ90 Cradle??

Hello,
Just picked up an NZ90 from Future Shop and I can't seem to figure out where the hotsync button is on the little sled. They have replaced the cradle with this sled, pretty neat, but I can't find the hotsync button.
Is there a way to Hotsync without using the button??

The cradle hotsync button is an inconspicuous round silver button built into the front cradle easel leg on the right hand side. I didn't know where it was until I pressed it inadvertently, while mounting the handheld in the cradle on day. Excellent design - -, just a little too elegant for busy humans.
