The 2 GB is soon, April I belive but the 5 GB, good luck.. Most of the time, memory increase by double being 4, then 8 and those would come either end of the year or next year. The price if you look at CF cards are not decreasing a alot as the larger capacity cards came. Theorietical limit means hardware limit but technology-wise we are far from achieving that limit.

I dont know if downloading TV shows are illegal but those are way more convient.

The new cards, though, aren't cheap. The 2GB card will cost $699 when it hits retail shelves in March, and the 4GB cards will sell for $1,499.

If they can make 4gb SD's... then MS will follow!

A 4 GB for $1,499? I'm sorry, but who in their right mind would buy that? It seems that it has been priced right out of 99.9% of the market.

Someone will buy one at that price. It's bound to happen. I definitely will not. I paid $480.00 for my 1 Gig Memory Stick Pro and only have half of it used.
