hard Reset Clie PEG/S300

Hi!
I want to sell my old Clie PEG/S 300 and want to erase all my data. My question:

How can I erase all the data? I think a hard reset would help...how can I do it?

I couldn´t find it on the manual!

For the PEG/S 300, you need to hold down the power button while pressing the reset button, then release the power button after about 3-5 sec. Then press the up button to erase the data.

Does your S-300 software use TrueSync as the synchronizing conduit?

If so would you consider burning me a copy of your CD for a fee?
