HiRes in built in apps

I noticed in the built in applications (DateBook, AdressBook, ToDo and Memo), only the AdressBook has everything in hires. They all use hires fonts, but the app itself doesn't use hires; the dots in the lines are pretty big (low res), and everything else (except the fonts) too. The best way to see it is by pressing the Contrast button (I have an SL10), and then U'll see a big difference between, for example, the DateBook and AdressBook (or between the DateBook and the built in launcher).
Is there any way to change that (and I mean using these apps, not replacements)?
