Any new handhelds worth Getting excited about?

Been out of touch for a while due to work. Still using my NX70V which satisfies my needs, but am becoming more interested in a wireless PDA. Are there any new devices forthcoming that anyone is aware of worth getting excited about?

This is blasphemy but...

The Ipaq 6?00. Its either 6100 or 6300. Brighthand has a writeup.

Now if Sony would make to those specs, even with out the phone, and put it in the NX form factor..I'd buy one right away.
