OK, I replied now I can't get back.

Every time I have replied, I get the notice about being taken back to my reply. And it does go there, but if I click back at that point it says the link has expired. Sometimes the only way back is back through the front door. The pc is running XP, and I am on AOL. It is probably a very basic thing, but I don't have a clue.

Clicking "back" at that point tries to take you back to your reply page. If you want to get back to the forums list you actually have to go back 3 pages (your reply, your thread view, then the forum list). Hope this helps.

If you're using Explorer, try right-clicking on the Back button. This gives you a drop-down list of previous pages, then point and click on the one you want. Also, there's a small down arrow just to the right of the Back button; this does the same thing.
