MS Outlook Contacts' Notes Cut Off during sync?

Dear Folks,

I have a refurbished NX80V purchased from ubid.com a few weeks ago (US$315.00+s/h). I am currently using Hot Sync Manager (4.1.0) and TrueSyncPlus (1.0.6.110) together to sync with my desktop.

During synchronization with my MS Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625), many of my contacts' notes (notes that are long and extensive) were being cut off, i.e. only parts of the long notes were being sync unto the NX80V.

How would I be able to resolve this from happening?

Try DataViz 'Beyond Contacts' if you want perfect sync with Outlook. The program uses its own databases circumventing any limits with the Palm OS built-in databases.

Thanks for the DataViz 'Beyond Contacts' tip. There are a few purchases (2.2GB compactflash card, bellagiodesigns's Flip Style Leather PDA Case, WL100) that I am planning on in the next few weeks. Paying ($20-30) for a sync software to "circumvenitng any limits" with MS Outlook will be in the back burner unless I find another freeware source.
