Can anyone get good quality videos using a CF card with IC ?

And if so, are you able to fast forward, rewind as smoothly as viewing an mpeg?

and what settings work for you guys?

i haven't had any decent conversions that i like compared to watching mpegs. am i right or are my settings just off?

ps. i'm not talking about watching them through your memory stick, because that seems fine for me, but through CF
