Unable to Hotsync T615C

I am unable to hotsync my T615C to my PC with the cradle USB connection for some reason. I reinstalled the Palm Desktop for Clie' software and even that did not do the trick. Can it be that the connectivity of slot on the bottom of the PDA has gone bad? When I put the PDA in its cradle the orange light on the PDA does go on and the green light on the cradle goes on. Any help greatly appreciated.

Maybe you should switch the COM port that you have it connected to. That is, try putting it into another USB port and see if it works for you then.
