Totally Clie'd

I've been seriously considering buying the audio adapter for the SJ22 so I can start playing back videos w/ sound (any MP3s of course :)). I've seen a couple of members who have already bought the adapter, so I'm assuming some of you have already done what I'm describing.
Before I put the money down for the adapter, I wanted to ask whoever has done this already as to the frames-per-second and playback quality of the videos. I've used Kinoma before, but only the one which came bundled with the Clie & only with the fairly poor resolution sample files included. The playback wasn't all that impressive using those files (esp. considering what we can accomplish pictures-wise with the hires screen) and I'm afraid once sound is added into the mix, it would suffer much more.
I'm planning on resizing videos such as the latest Simpsons episodes into a smaller resolution suitable for the Clie and store a few (if possible) to MS. I'm afraid that playback would become choppy & out of sync with the current processor (even with overclocking), which would make the audio adapter nothing more than an add-on for MP3 use only (for the price I'm paying, I could easily buy a separate unit for that purpose).
