I have searched numerous threads for this topic to no avail, so forgive me if this has already been addressed.
I have upgraded from a 128 MB Memory Stick to a new 256 MB Memory Stick. Is there any easy way to transfer the data/apps from my old Memory Stick to the new one?
Any assistance is appreciated, thank you.

Use MSImport to do it. You can mount your old MS as a drive on Windows and copy everything to your hard drive, then put the new MS in and copy everything back.
You could also use SMBMate to copy everything to your network, then use it copy copy everything back down.
Another option (and probably the fastest) is if you have one of those multi-format card readers for your computer. Put the old MS in and copy everything to your computer, then put the new MS in and copy everything back. This is how I upgraded my 128MB MS to a 512MB MS.

Thank you for your quick response.
BTW, I recommend that you keep the copy on the Windows box as a "backup" of your MS data. I do this periodically, placing the copy in a folder that I set aside for backups. I make copy the HotSync folder that is named to match my HotSync name in the "\Program Files\Sony Handheld" as well.
