Datebook5 printing, need quick answer

Does anyone know how I can print a daily list of appointments and todos from Datebook5? I can't figure it out and it's sort of urgent. I don't want to wait for the Yahoo group to answer.

Anyway, if anyone knows, please tell me. I have a printer and Print Boy but it won't print both todos and appointments on the same page.....

if no one knows the answer to this, then how about printing from the Palm desktop program, but I want to dos and appointments for each day on one page by category...ie, I'm trying to print out medical appointments/medications for my husband by day....impossible?? please help...anyone???

Sorry, I don't know how to get Datebk5 to print, as I've never printed directly from a Palm device.

However, Palm Desktop WILL print in several different formats. While the datebook is open to the day you want to print, select print, choose Today and it will print ALL the APPOINTMENTS only. (Palm Desktop doesn't recognize the appointment categories in Datebk5--you could always go the old-fashioned route and highlight the medical ones).

To print the To Do list, you have to open that up and select print from the Edit menu. It will print whatever category you have it opened to (All, a specific category or unfiled). This will let you select the medical category, if you have one.
