I already own Bonsai and will not switch (cost justify?), but I know there are some die-hard ShadowPlan fans who've been waiting for this. It may very well be the better product, but I do know that Bonsai is within a month of a major upgrade release (in build 1170 of beta 3) as well, so those "on the fence" as to which product to invest in might want to wait and compare the new Bonsai. ;)
