Sj22 ?

When i down load free programs some of them don't show up on my page but they do under categories. Why is that and what do i do about it? Also what does beam mean. Yes, i am a newbie at my SJ22. Thanks in advance.

When you install a new program, it usually goes to the "Unfiled" category. It should also show up in the "All" category. "Beaming" is sending programs, databases, etc. through your SJ22's IR (Infrared) port to another PalmOS PDA. (The dark rectangle at the top of your device)

If you are having trouble beaming, check your preferences to make sure beaming is on. Then check manual. They suggest a “soft ” reset. This cleared up my Clie.
