I was excited to see that my WL100 was able to connect to the internet and I was able to see (distorted) web pages, until we found out that connecting with my Clie knocked off all the other computers in the house. We have to reset the router to get the computers back on. I have everything set to auto. We use a cable modem with wireless router. 4 computers total. Never had a problem before. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, or at least acknowledgment that this has happened to someone else!

I am glad that I am not alone having 4 computers and a cable modem networked in a home:D:D!! I live in a single wide mobile home. I bet I am the only one in a mobile home with 4 computers running 24/7:D:p:p!! I don't have any wireless networking hardware yet (coming soon...).

donīt use auto settings on your clie !!
had the same problem! i also have 4 computers routed wireless to the internet. since i made the TCP/IP settings manually on the clie i never had the problem anymore that the wifi knocked any of my other computers off.

Ditto!
Except I have 8 in a three story house with 12 different IP's(some laptop PC's have both wire/wireless capabilities setup, between my brother and myself. I assigned him a block of IP's to use so it wouldn't conflict with mine. Before I get jumped on by a network engineer, let me say that the only settings that would work on both Sony Clies were static ones.
