problems with desktop and XP users

I have clie destop installed on my computer,
but my XP has two users, (both admin)
when I open user "X" everything is ok,
but when I open the second ("Y") or switching users
the palm desktop is openning a error message and the USB port
is not avalible anymore...
only com1 and 2 ? anybody knows this problem?

This is a known issue... you can't use the switch user feature in XP, each user must log out for the desktop to work properly. There is a blurb on this at palm.com .
