Hi, I'm looking for apps that provide predictive text for the graffitti on the PalmOS 4.1.  Specifically for the SJ-30 if that matters.

So far I've tried LookDA and TextPlus.  TextPlus seems to be quite a bit better than LookDA, but at a $20 price tag.

Are there others that you guys can suggest?  I very much like T9 preditctive text in use on cell phones.

WordComplete (http://www.cic.com/products/general/)
Very good app. Jot is also much better than built-in graffiti.

For bundled pricing.

Jot, changes the grafitti itself and I've spent a considerable time learning it and I don't want to learn something new now. It's also fairly expensive.

And with WordComplete, it seems to have less features than TextPlus and hasn't been updated in awhile and is more $$$ at $25.

I'm gonna give the demo a try and see if it's better than TextPlus.

Are there any others? I really want a T9 type predictive text program.

I test both WordComplete and Textplus and found TextPlus far superior. I haven't heard of or seen anything better.

I was just going to point you to another thread on the topic, but I see that you started that one, too. Isn't one thread on the same topic enough?

I have registered Textplus and Wordcomplete. Textplus is not casesensitive in prediciting a word. That is the major advantage in my eyes. Textplus will write the word with capital letter in the beginning if you start the word with a capital letter.
Wordcomplete is casesenitive and will only find a word the way you entered it in the database.
Example:
if you saved Hello in the database it will happen the following

Textplus: write H and it will write Hello, write h and it will predict hello,

Wordcomplete: write H and it will say Hello, write h and it will not find hello because you saved Hello in the database.

I have a problem with texplus and supernames on my OS5 clieNX70. The decision between Textplus and Wordcomplete is not easy...

When I evaluated WordComplete and TextPlus, I didn't find it difficult at all. TextPlus was a much better application. However, I suppose if you're having technical difficulties that's another story.
