Up and running! Everythings reinstalled and seems to be functioning properly...

I just got my new clie nz home and it's currently charging....very slowly I might add. Anyway, the salesman said I should charge it for a full 8 hours!? Does anyone know if this is really necessary??
I just want to play.

Mine was completely charged in about 3 hors and 30 minutes...

It should take ~4hrs to charge, just like charging a completely discharged battery. B/c thats what it is. Almost.

Just tap on the batter icon at the bottome and it will tell you how long is remaining to charge it up. Nice feature.

Got mine today at Circuit City; they just unpacked the two they received today. One is mine, the other goes up as a demo unit. Sold out already :D

I tapped on the battery icon.....very cool feature!
I still have 3hrs 14 mins left and counting

It's new because of the Smart-Lion battery. I'm jealous.. I wish the NX had such great power management applications...

Another new feature/surprise! The screen is whiter and brighter! I hadn't seen any of the early reviews mention this as a new feature of the NZ, but I held my NX and NZ next to each other and wow, the NZ screen is superb!

your right.....I just checked my nx against the nz. Wow! I'm impressed.
I also noticed that the screen protector on the nz fits better than the nx. Is the screen just a wee bit bigger? My protector on the nx had excess all around.
