Is it possible to use the AmbiCom CF 802.11b card on a NX60 Clie? AmbiCom is much cheaper than the Sony...

No, only the Sony card works! There is NO drivers currently that will allow any other branded cards to work.

I wonder if it would work if you had the software from the sony wi-fi card? They probably have a different pin configuration.
Has anyone tried this yet?

Yes, with the proper adapter for a PCMCIA slot. You need to download the Intel driver. It can be found on Leggnet's server: http://leggnet.com/clie/ intelprowireless2011...

On the Sony Clie, only the PEGA-WL100 CF card will work! No others will, even the Intel Pro Wireless!!!

I hope that I have emphasized it enough, this topic has been beat to death, ha-ha! The Sony WiFi card is the only one that will work in the NX Clie, no matter how hard you try with the Sony driver, sorry:)!
