I am currently a T615C user, and am awaiting the arrival of a new NX73V -

How hard is it to adapt to the keyboard on the NX73? I'm a female with nails!!! Will I regret this choice?

I went from T665C to nx73v
So far I have no problem with it.

The only time I really use the keyboard is for dictionary word lookup

Most other times I keep the unit in tablet mode.

Hope you like this device!

I'm moving from a 615 to NX-73 too, I'm gonna get it on friday next week, and I'm planning to use it in tablet mode all the time. I was waiting for a 615 type wiht VG, but Sony never listened. I hope the moving will be smooth.
Believe me, I can't wait for my new Clie!!!

Why did you decide for the NX-73? I went for it because the UX-50 is too expensive, and I'm not dying for WiFi, I'll use a laptop instead, and the $100 difference between the NX-80 and NX-73 is not worth it.

It would be nice if you register MtnBird, believe me, this site rocks.

Good luck on your ne NX-73!!

I already got the nx73, it's very very nice. Working excellently.

When I got my nx73, ux50 wasn't released yet, so that wasn't an issue. I decided on nx73 instead of nx80 because the place I got it from had a huge sale only on nx73, so for a much lower price, I can live without the 5mb and the better camera.

I moved from T615 in November to the NX73 - quite easy. The basic thing I did was to have a clean install -

Check this one out.

I basically uninstalled all the Clie software after I copied the palm directory to a safe place. Installed the new cd software and did a hot sync. Then I copied the for apps, address, todo, calendar, and memo over and did another hotsync.

Then I did an install of all the software - this insured a clean device from the start.

Thanks broth, your advice will be very useful when I get my new NX-73 next week.
Have you seen the prices on Amazon? I got my NX-73 there for $386.99 - $50 mail in rebate, but I didn't notice that the NX-80 was $449- $50 mail in rebate. The $100 difference is actually $63 right now. That make me think of the NX-80, but I can live without the 5mb and the better camera too.
