Why only 11M ? is that normal?

Yes...it has 16mb but 5 mb is reserved for the system. Leaves you with 11.

Avantgo beta 5 works off of the memory stick.

Every programm works off the memory stick when using PowerRun. I have even Tealphone (which is asigned to the hard button) running off MS. So with 18MB of progs on my MS, I still have more than 5MB available

I have 5.4 megs free and 26.4 megs of apps on the MS.

What I don't understand why Mr. smithsp acts like the 11mb memory was a total surprise while he already had an NX and now has acquired second one?

Isn't the statement about the on-board ram on the outside of the box?  I'm sure it was on my 760c.

Yes, lame... But if I were the sharpest knife in the box I wouldn't be asking dumb questions on this board now would I.

Been having some trouble convincing coworkers that the handheld technology could help improve productivity in the middle management workplace.

The Clie's crashing and un-expected hard resets still make it inferior to the stability of the cell phone when it comes to storing peoples numbers and appointments. Not enough resolution quite yet for the WEB either...

I can see where a quick low maintenance library could be a good thing for Doctors and Lawyers though...

The Palm is very stable from what I can see, but it lacks entertainment compared to the Clie.... The Clie will win someday... Hopefully the NX doesn't lose data as frequent as the NR...

My freind has an NX but she still hasn't ditched the daytimer yet.
