Anyone else experiencing this on their NX:

When WEP is enabled and the same passphrase is entered in the NX and in the router/WAP, I have to totally re-adjust my Network settings in order to connect. Specifically, I have to disable the "Auto" sections under Advanced Settings and hand-enter IP, Gateway, Subnet Mask, and DNS. After doing this, I can get connected, but then I can't get access to the Internet anymore (server notfound or timeout) -it's like my DNS isn't working! If I leave DNS set to Auto, I get no DNS entries and all DNS lookups/Internet connections immediately fail.

Disabling WEP and setting everything back to Auto makes it all work, but I'm not comfortable disabling WEP on my Wireless network.

Anyone else experienced this?

Well, taking a hint from a post in NX-Series forum, I entered the Hex value vs. the passphrase and managed to find success.

Well, I now have WAN access, but my Network Log is telling me strange things. Upon 1st connection, my DNS was set to my Gateway/RouterIP. Upon disconnect/reconnect, my DNS looks right, but now my Gateway is 0.0.0.0. Both of these occurred w/ all Advanced Settings=Auto.

I'll keep the current settings and see/post if it does anything else weird.

The Linksys requires a HEX WEP key according to the manufacturer.
