Datebk5 Macro? Agendus? Or some other trick?

Is there a simple way of entering different appointments (work shifts) into DB5 with start/finish time and some of the description preset? Like a macro or something? I can't just use repeat as the pattern is irregular.

Or, is there a way to do this with Agendus?

With DateBk5, I use a set of templates that seem to do this. It's real easy. Check the manual. I think this may be what you want.

That's pretty much exactly what I was after. I can't believe I had it there all the time.

The only problem so far is making the template include set start & finish times, rather than a set duration and starting on the hour you have selected. As some shifts start at 11:15 (etc) it's a bit fidly. I'll keep playing
