u can connect via your cradle, download softick ppp, set your connection to via craddle, and connect. Kaching! Browse thu google to download the program. I am not able to direct u to the website bcoz it is down. But i am sure that the program is called Softick PPP. It works well for me.

BT-Bluetooth. Sort of wireless connections within a distance.
WiFi(Wireless Fidelity i think)- wireless internet connection
You may want to do a web search on these two to understand them better. Go to this site regarding WiFi:

dont both wi-fi and bt both require additional hardware like bluetooth enabled phones etc ?

Yes, for BT you need to have a BT enabled phone or a BT enabled pc with internet. For WIFI you need an AP (access point) or a PC with a bridged wifi connection recieving internet though a wire. Using a BT enabled phone or an AP are the easiest, but it is possible to use either through a PC.

I have connected to my broadband connection via the cradle after installing Softick PPP v2.
I didn't know it could be done and have been connecting only through Wi-Fi before.
This NX80 never stops to amaze me!
Thanks to LightBuLB for the pointer!
