Getting Sound for Kinoma Move to work through audio adapter

I just got a Clie SJ22 and am trying to get movies to play. I converted a movie with Kinoma Producer 2 and it worked fine. I can hear tinny sound through the speaker but can't get it to work through the audio adapter. When I converted the file, I specified my type of Clie and mono sound and if it is VERY quiet, I can hear the sound out of the Clie. Do I have to do something special to get the sound to play through the SA10 adapter?

Also, the picture tends of be a little jumpy. While I am just learning how to do this for fun, I would like to get this to work a little better in case I ever do want to watch a move! Will overclocking the speed make the movie less jumpy or do I just need a faster processor (a more expensive Clie).
