How to make icon from pc to be used with Appicon

Anyway i can use the icon in my pc and make them into prc files so that i can syc to my palm and use appicon to chage the application's icon?

You can use the instructions at Icon Topia (http://www.rinnovative.com/IconTopia/howtobuildiconpack.html) or the icon sets created by the ZLauncher Iconset Factory (http://www.zlthemes.com/UtilityDetail.php?PID=24) , by Festus, can be pulled into appicon. The second approach is much more simpler and straight forward.
