Auto power off on UX50

I notice there doesn't seem to be a way to disable auto power off, the longest they allow is 3 minutes of inactivity before the device shuts itself off when running on battery power.

Does anyone know a way to get around this? I'd like to be able to log onto AIM and not have to worry about the device shutting off if I don't touch it.

There is this app called Powernet that allows the device to remain on when connected.

There's also a lot of free apps that disables auto power off.
