Newbe!

hey guys, i am new here!
I have had my UX50 for about 3 weeks now, and am finally getting used to it (i had a ipaq 3850 for about 1.5 years before it)
I love this little mini laptop/pda! (i know it aint a laptop, but it looks like one!:D )
The only thing is i find it hard to use since it ain't as free as pocket PC, but otherwise it is great.

I have a question for you guys:
I want to use MSN messenger (i read the FAQs) is there a FREE MSN messenger for Palm? Also the one you guys keep suggesting, erm verichat i think, when i install it and try to run it, with no WIFI reception it crashes my clie! why?

Also does anyone have any good photos of the CLie with the extended battery? Preferably compared near a UX without the battery, thanks

i get this crash to. but i notice it only happens when i change my connection settings right before i launch it. (between dialing up through BT, and through WiFi) so i end up connecting through prefs, then launch verichat.

I think the extended battery is pretty close in size to the cradle, so if you want to know what it's like to carry around the UX with the extended battery just use the cradle as a mock-up.
