ZLauncher Trash Bin locks up my SJ33

I'm giving ZLauncher a try, and I've found one issue that I can't resolve on my own:

Whenever I open up the Trash bin, my machine locks up solid, and has to be reset.

I'm trying ZLauncher version 3.7.0.2.

Here's my machine's stats:

Device: Sony Clie' SJ33 OS 4.1
Hack Manager: Xmaster 1.5
Hacks: Crash 1.3, McPhling 4.41, Newpen 1.4
DAs: DTMF 2.5, AudioControl 1.5


I did disable all this stuff as part of my explorations in to the problem, but the problem still happens consistently.

Hmm... I've not had this problem on my SJ33 with same version of ZL. I use YAHM for a hack manager and have about 8 active hacks and 8 DAs.
You could try deleting and reinstalling ZL.

I deleted the .prc file and re-installed it, but it still locks up when the trash bin is opened.

At one time, I had a similar problem on an N610 (PalmOS4). Email the developer at zlauncher@zztechs.com. He is extremely responsive to user problems. I forget now what corrected the problem.

Also, you should know, ZL version 4.0 is nearing completion of the beta testing phase and should be available soon. There are many great improvements in the newest version.

Okay, I thought I recognized the top part of an icon in the frozen trash bin screen, and deleted it through the default launcher.

It turned out to be a shortcut I deleted for Astraware's Bounce Out! I created when I was experimenting.

I just made this happen again, only I deleted a different application.

When the trash bin is empty it doesn't lock up, only when there's something in it.

I guess the short term fix is to set deleted items to NOT go into the Trash bin!

Any answer yet as to your problem?
It seems kind of weird that I've never had that, or any problem that I can remember with ZL on my SJ33.

No problem with trash bin on my NR. I'm using ZLv4b6.6 though and like Sid I also use YAHM as my hack manager. I had problems with XMaster and Uninstall Hack.

It looks like switching to YAHM solved the problem!
No lockups at all now using the trash bin.
In fact, no lockups of any kind for a day or two now!

Sorry I didn't get back sooner, but everything was working and I didn't notice! :D

I'm about 90% sold on ZLauncher at this point, but I'm 100%sold on YAHM!
