I installed bugme for my palm pilot and every time I try running the viewer app (in win2k) it gives me a message saying its generated an error and that it must be closed and that an error log is being created. Has this happend to anybody? Is there a fix?

Same here. I believe NT systems isn't supported by the Viewer. However, I tried it on WinMe still has the same problem.

The viewer doesn't support high-res images anyways, so I wouldn't worry too much about it not working on your system. If you have a Clie, it's of no use to you.

The Viewer works with BugMe versions through 3.8 , and HiRes was supported in 4.0 and HiRes+ in 4.3 .

So, you can either have low-res and the Viewer or HiRes+ without the Viewer.

When I asked the BugMe people about this, they said: We intend to give the viewer an update to make it compatable with newer devices. However were a small company an work on free software seems to get pushed down the list behind effort on revenue generating projects.

PS Although I have an NR70, the Viewer is of more importance to me, so I am running the Viewer and BugMe 3.8 (I use BugMe to quickly jot down ideas "on the run", and then I like to view them on my PC while I enter them into the appropriate app on my Clie).   I am running the Viewer in WindowsXP without problems, so it should also work in Win2k and WinNT.   But, if you downgrade, you'll have to clear out all the old BugMe messages and reinstall both BugMe 3.8 and the Viewer again.

Ahh, good. I wasn't crazy then. I guess if I really need to copy one to my PC I can use screenshot to take a picture of it then convert it.
