T3 Contacts back to NX70V

I moved to T3 for a couple of months and am now going back to NX70V.

T3 used contacts instead of address. Does anyone know how to get them back to the T3. I've tried syncing and beaming and the Clie and desktop freeze.

I know the T3 uses a different structure - Am I up a creek without a paddle??

Can you not EXPORT the contacts from the Palm Desktop? And then Import them into the Clie Palm Desktop 4?

SO batch beaming does not work?
