mp3 albums ???

I have a stack of mp3's on my CF card. can I put them into different albums, if so how ??
Is there an app that lets me cut power to the CF card while it's inserted to help battery drain, I keep my CF in all the time and I'm sure it makes my battery drain faster than it should, even with the backlight off.

I find it doesn't work well with MP3's on a memory stick, and on a CF card at once.

Anyone know a way around that?
