Urgent! NR70V Always Need Reset When Power On

Hey all,

My wife's NR70V needs to hard-reset due to unknown reason. After hard-reset, I restore all things through hot-sync. However, every time the CLIE is power on, a reset screen appears and reset has to perform. After reset, the CLIE can be used as normal. This is very annoying since she needs to perform reset everytime. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Any method to solve.

Do you have hacks or DAs installed on the device? If so, remove (delete) them, do a soft reset and if needed reinstall them.
