Color code appointments in Palm datebook?

Does anyone know of a freeware calendar/datebook that will color-code appointments, or if there is a hack that will do it for the Palm datebook? I know someone will suggest Datebook 5 or Agendus, but I'm perfectly happy with the Palm datebook for now, I just want to be able to assign a different color to appointments relating to each one of my kids, or to work, etc.

And unfortunately right now I have to limit it to freeware because I'm way over budget on my purchases for my new Clie for the time being!

Is there something out there, or am I asking for too much?

I have never used it but check out A5 (http://www.a5agenda.com/) . It may fit your needs.
