SJ20 sync help!!

I need help to understand why I can't sync all of a sudden?!? It's giving me a database error. I have never before had problems with this. What's going on and why can't I sync?? :confused:

It may be some of the third party applications you have installed. What's the last thing you installed before this happened?

I didn't install anything before this happened. I think what I'll do is try to re-install the software. Maybe that will help me.??
