You can't. You can only sync through Bluetooth or cable. I use a OS X 10.3.2 and a UX50.

Joel: Can you please tell us which bluetooth interface you're using or recommend for the Mac? I'm looking to get Bluetooth on my Mac. Preferably something that uses USB so I can use it on my laptop (PC) as well. :)
