There was athread on here a short while back which detailed how to change .PDF documents for use on the CLIE using Ghostscript which seemed somewhat complicated. What about simply using the Acrobat Reader for Palm OS? Anyone have any experience with it?

I use the default Acrobat Reader for Palm with a few of my PDF files. It does a passable job of converting files, so I never need to go any other route. Most of my documents aren't overly complex, so they reappear just fine after being converted.
http://www.LaunchPlug.com/Acrobat.html has a quick VFS tutorial for it, if you want to try it out... it's free after all.
Cheers.
I wish somebody from NZ owners would let us try out the Picsel Viewer which can also view a PDF File.

Is Picsel Viewer software from Sony or can it be utilized on the NX Series?
I am not sure it will work with NX but since Sony licensed the Picsel Viewer for NZ which is running on Palm OS 5, I am thinking it might work with NX also. You can read more about the Picsel Viewer here:

i played with the picselviewer on the nz90.
i tried viewing large pdfs.
while it displays the pdfs great, page navigation is horrible.
you have to use the pen to turn pages.
you have to manually zoom the section you want to read, then drag the document as you read; useless.

Adobe Acrobat Reader for Palm OS doesn't look like it has been updated in years. Also, from what I hear, it doesn't support native acrobat files. They need to be converted with a desktop converter.

I tried Acrobat Reader for Palm about a year ago and was very disappointed. I converted a couple of pdf's that had a fair amount of graphics in them and the conversion process more than doubled the size of the pdf. Not what I would call Palm friendly.
I would really love a pdf reader that would read native pdf files!

I believe D2G can only view .pdf files if you have the premium version of D2G. also it does NOT view native .pdf files. They must be converted with D2G desktop
