Skinning

Does anyone know where I can get a skinning application besides Spray Paint for my Clie NR70? I have Yishow launcher installed and it looks great, but launchers only skin the Main screen. I would like to skin some other components like the ugly scroll bars, menus and buttons in all applications in Palm OS. Is there possibly a program like Window Blinds for the Palm? I use Window Blinds for Windows, but the only serious skinning apps I have ssen are for Pocket PC. I actually downloaded Spray Paint last night but have not tried it yet???
