I just started a new tmobile account with a t610. Of course now the new t630 is coming out and it looks really cool.

Dang.
I am still in the "trial" period, and experiencing poor signal strength am considering a return. Perhaps the t630 will improve on that after all it IS supposed to work as a phone.
BTW the connectivity between t610 and UX50 is a wonderful thing.
Happy New Year all -

Yeah, sure, it looks kind of nice, but at what price?
What does it really have over the T610 with the UX50?
As long as I can connect via 802.11(b) and/or Bluetooth, and have the flexibility of Palm OS, I can't think of too many things that are needed additionally. Sure, games and the game controller might be nice, but how many of us carry a phone for this purpose?
I have the UX50 and the T610. The T610 has a lot of PIM features (and games, etc.), but I find that I don't really need these, as long as I have my UX. Even if I had the T630, I would probably only use the phone as a BT modem anyway (and as a phone of course). Unfortunately, just to get the BT feature, I had to pay the price for a T610 with all of the additional stuff that is redundant with my UX-50.
The trend has been to build more and more features into individual devices so that a higher price can be charged for them. To Sony and others, I would like to see a different, modular approach. Don't pack every feature possible into each device and make the specific purpose devices more affordable.
My 2 cents..

Sorry, that last post was me... I took too long typing my message and it timed me out.
