To be frank, a lot of people saying that NZ90 is bulky and fat, however, if you look at the pictures in this link, you will think otherwise. It seems to me that NZ fit in a person's hand quite nicely and ergonomically. Well, what have you got to say ... ??

I agree...I got to check it out in Japan, and it is a very nice unit. While it did feel a little hefty to me, it wasn't due to the size so much as the few ounces more weight than my NX. I'm not saying it's heavy (fat jokes have all been told I think), it was just different since I was used to holding the NX. It felt like a high quality piece of electronic equipment, and it is.

I'm sure I could adjust to the new feel quickly!

I knew "someone" is going to say that. If you think he got a large palm, so be it. .. anyway, is for your eyes and brain to calibrate the thoughts and make your own conclusion.

Considering that there is absolutely no other reference point to scale that picture you don't really know how big his hands are, do you?

no problem nike33. I believe each individual has their point of views and freedom of speech/thoughts.

I believe most NZ90 enthusiasts have the fear of the bulk size which has been a hot topic in this forum. And hopefully with these pics, they can bring some sweet dreams to some who has been bother by the bulk factor (That''s my view anyway).

true but when you look at the picture from the zdnet article and see the nz90 is a little bit bigger then a deck of playing cards it seems like the guy holding the clie in this picture has a hand like a bunch of bananas. I mean just look at the thumb. its massive. Still thanks for the post.

Hey Littlesix

We all know you are pro NZ, relax just having a little fun. If the NZ had full CF slot support, I would buy it also.

I like you, am a very big guy, I don't see all the noise about size of equipment like cell phones, PDA's etc guys generally make.

Most females have a much healthier attitude abut equipment, Does it do the job? Will it last and not break?, etc.

I was contacted by a secret Sony informant, according to him Sony secretly flew in a "giant hand model" specifically for these pictures. To make it even more stealth they used a low resolution camera...

So far it looks like everyone has missed the reason why the unit looks so thin in this guys hand. It has nothing to do with the size of his hands though. Only the top part (the screen) is in his hand. Look closely and you will see that the bottom half of the unit (the thicker half) is extended back beyond his wrist.

Pretty misleading photo.

Anthony, This was purposly done by Sony to hide it's extreme girth.... unfortunately the unnatrual holding angle caused the model's hand to cramp, thus ending the photo shoot prematurely and limiting the amount of pics taken...

This new photo is very encouraging.

I just got my NZ and its not much thicker than the nx. I have them sitting next to each other right now and its not too bad.
