Hi,
Does anyone know if it's posible to get a cf bleutooth module to work on a Sony Clie NX70v?
I see that there are many cf-cards avalible with bluetooth and they are allot cheaper than the bluetooth ms.
I want to use my NX70v for car navigation with a bluetooth gps mouse.
The problem is if you use a bluetooth ms you can't use your normal ms and thats where al the maps are.
Maybe a stupid question but i can't find it anywere does the bluetooth ms have any memory capabilities like a normal ms?
Thx

NOPE, none.
AND I really don't know if ANYONE is working on this.
A possible alternative is a CF Driver *I bought mine but there are the hacked drivers in the Compact Flash forum* to store your maps on your CF card and using the BT MS.
SINCE I recognized this conundrum just before purchasing my BT MS i bought jacksprat to squeeze into RAM, AOL, AIM, WebPro & NetFront.
*sigh*
Hopefully you can find a satisfactory solution...

I tought of the same solution with a cf card and that was option nr2.
The reason i would like to use a ms for memory and an cf for bluetooth is becouse an cf card needs so manny alterations of the original software.
But it looks like i have no other choice than to use a cf as memory or use a gps connected trough a cable.
Thanks for your answere

Hopefully you don't feel that the CF hacks are too much of a nuisance or inconvenience, I HAVE been SO satsified with the CF driver!!
AND many here WERE willing to endure Hard Resets to provide GREAT CF advice.
GOODLUCK!!

I am waiting for someone to come out with FM MS or FM CF card, which might not be going to happen.
