cant get video on my nx73v

i did what all the post told me to do rename to mov0000.mqv and i used the data export. i sent it to the memory card. it shows the file in the memory card so it sent the file but the movie player doesnt see it. so i cant select it and play it. what am i doing wrong? thanks in advance for any help.

the name of movie files must be "mov0000x.mqv (x=1, 2, 3, ...)

The MQV files are made with Image Converter.

Just drag the movie file you want to play with your clie to Image Converter, and choose where to send to, and it will do all the work for you.

For MPG files, you don't need to convert if you don't want to. (This might mean the file is bigger). Just rename the file to the following format:

MOV0000x.MPG x=1,x=2,...... (The CAPS matter)

Put those MPG files in:

/MSSONY/MOML0001/

That should work out for you.
