UX50 to UXxx replacement?

Hello again guys. I'm still debating wheter to purchase the UX50 now or wait for the new features from OS 6 to be implemented in the new version and purchase that one. I spoke to a Circuit City representative and he mentioned something about it coming out only two months after Christmas...is that accurate? Also, I was wondering if you guys are aware of any store or online seller that allows you to exchange an older version to a newer version by paying the difference of the price or something of that sort.

If you don't need a pda now. Then wait it out, this way if the new ux-xx is coming out soon you won't feel stupid for buying the ux-50. but if you don't feel like waiting i would buy that new toshiba poctet pc, it dosen't have a camera or keyboard but looks like a kickass pda. i think it called the e800...
