OK here it is, have doc2go...NX60...how do i transfer docs from the clie to muh laptop?

That depends on what format you save in. If you can save in a Microsoft Office format, the documents should be stored on your memory stick and should be accessible through MS Import. Otherwise, you'll need to sync the Palm files to your PC. If I'm not mistaken, the Docs 2 Go files are saved as a html format in your user directory in your Program files directory.

If those files are native Office files, just move or copy them to the laptop with the Memory Stick or through the USB cable with Data Import/Export.
If the files were created on the handheld in 'Docs to go' format, they will be saved by synchonization on the laptop in the format you selected in the Laptop application Preferences panel (ie Word, RTF, Text, Wordperfect, etc..) The files will be saved in a directory of your choice.
