docs to go not working with norton anti-virus?

I recently upgraded my anti-virus program from norton and everytime I how sync docs, my palm crashes. I can open docs to go and see the document on the handheld, but as soon as I try to open the doc the clie crashes. I checked out norton's website and their FAQ's acknowledged this new finding. It told me to liveupdate my anti-virus prog which I did but to no resolve. Any of you guys have the same problem and did you ever find a way to fix it. I have the standard non-premium Docs to go.

Have you tried just disabling Norton before you hotsync? (right-click the Norton icon down in the systray, disable it, then right click it and turn it back on after hotsync).

I use Norton and Docs to Go, no problem, but I still have Norton 2002.

I have the standard Docs to Go on my 615 and Norton AV 2000 and have not had any problem. Have you tried re-installing Docs to Go after Norton was installed?
