My T665 cant hotsynch

on the cradle via the button on the screed, cradel or via a hotsynch cable. What can be wrong?

The usual steps are to try a soft reset and see if that sets things right. This almost always works, especially since you've tried different hardware methods. There's usually a hanging process that's causing the hotsync to fail and a soft reset will fix it. You also should make sure you do a cold restart on Windows as well as USB connections can sometimes get "forgotten" by Windows and a restart will fix that also.

If neither of these two actions work, you're going to have to do a hard reset, which means losing all your data. The Palm OS does occasionally get corrupted and only a hard reset will fix the problem. Hopefully, you have a recent backup or can back up to a card before doing this.

If nothing works then it sounds like a hardware fault that will need repair.:(
