Jpeg to pdb/prc?

are there any programs that are able to convert a jpeg to a prc or pdb file?

quite a few ways to do this ..

a) Image convertor
b) Splashphoto
c) Pilot install

jus do a search for the programs!

I use Picture Gear Lite. I think you could probably use Image Convertor also ...
