the most comprehensive drug database is lexicomps which is at www.lexi.com
they also have 5MCC which is a good..."disease and therapeutics" book in summary form
i also use a few things from www.skyscape.com like their washington manual...and tabers medical dictionary.
I assume by your post, that you are a student. Having recently graduated, I remember not having much money to pay for programs like lexi-comp. Come to think of it I didn't have money to buy a clie. I imagine you and your classmates are probably looking for free software. Here are a couple free programs that I use:
-epocrates
-medcalc
-johns hopkins antibiotic guide (www.hopkins-abxguide.org)
-tarascon
-Mobile Micromedex (if you work somewhere that has a subscription to micromedex you can get it for free)
